These terms apply to this self-hosted deployment of Viral Loomy Shorts. Please read them before using the app.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Viral Loomy Shorts ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service. This is a self-hosted deployment, operated by the administrator who runs it ("we", "us" or "the operator").

2. The Service

The Service is free to use and uses artificial intelligence to generate short-form videos from topics or prompts you provide, and can publish them to social accounts you connect. Output is generated automatically and may vary in quality and style. Features may change over time as the project evolves.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be old enough to use the Service in your jurisdiction, and you are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading, or spam. You may not infringe anyone else's rights, violate the rules of the platforms you publish to, attempt to disrupt the Service, or access it by automated means beyond its intended use.

5. Your Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the accounts you connect, and the videos you publish, including compliance with applicable law and platform rules. To operate the Service we need to store and process the content you create (for example, to generate videos and publish them for you) — and nothing beyond that.

6. AI-Generated Content

Videos are produced by AI models and may occasionally contain errors, artifacts, or content you did not intend. Review your videos before publishing them, and do not rely on AI-generated output for factual, legal, financial, or medical advice.

7. Third-Party Services

When configured, the Service sends prompts, scripts, and audio to third-party AI providers and connects to social media platforms to publish content. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided free to use, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, specific results, views, followers, subscribers, or growth.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of the Service or from content generated or posted through it.

10. Termination and Changes

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service, and you may stop using the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time — changes will be reflected on this page with a new date, and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
